The apartment is well designed and has high quality finishes. Having 3 separate sleeping areas was nice. We had some technical issues and the staff were available via WhatsApp to try and resolve. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and many attractions within an easy walk. Everything in the apartment functioned well: kitchen appliances, heating, showers, washer/dryer, TVs and so on. Lots of hangars and extra pillows and duvets were provided. The manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. It is located in an old building with an elevator that gets you a floor below it. Stairs are very easy to navigate. It is spacious. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The air conditioner was one of the best we’ve had in the region (this is to US standards). The apartment had silverware, utensils, dishes a nice electric espresso machine and a washing machine.
