Honestly everything, the staff, the food, the room; everything was just perfect. The location of the hotel is close to everything which makes it easy to travel and explore Venice and Italy.

It is a very nice hotel wich is located not far from Venice. Absolutely wonderful alternative of the accommodation in the Venice center. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great breakfast 👌

The team is honestly incredible! In the morning I was greeted with a small put together plate of gluten free treats that were ready for every single breakfast. The whole front of house team is so so lovely and spoke great English! The room was so much more than we expected, included a mini fridge also and the location couldn't be better! Honestly, I'm ready to go back. (Also, free parking is a god send). My partner and I spent the weekend getting the train in and out of Venice and it was so wonderful to get away and be looked after. Thank you!

A hidden gem, MEININGER Venezia is a hotel I will always come back to if I return to this part of Italy. While it has a low profile, behind another hotel that looks just like it, it has amazing conditions. We got there in the afternoon and Kara at the reception was extraordinarily helpful. Everyone speaks English and tolerated my awful Italian. We were told about the facilities of the hotel and also got recommendations and directions of nearby points of interest like restaurants or supermarkets. The hotel is very close to Venezia Mestre train station and on the safe side of the station. We did not feel unsafe walking around in the evening (I cannot say the same about the other side of the station or the general areas around train stations in bigger cities in Italy). There were plenty of tourists around. The hotel has a beautiful communal kitchen next to the lobby equipped with anything you might think of. There are fridges where you can store your groceries and stickers so people don't accidentally take your food. The rooms were spotless and we had a very nice view of the south side.

Room is clean. Breakfast is excellent. Very easy parking and for free. Location is perfect for who wants to stay nearby the airport or to visit Venice.
