Excellent Location...... Just 2 mins walk from the main San Marco square. Also the water taxi stop is just a min away. We took a direct water taxi from the airport to the Hotel. Very convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast in the hotel was very nice. Just the right variety of food. Staff in the breakfast area and reception were very helpful. The hotel had an elevator , so easy to carry your luggage.

Too good for Venice accommodation. Very clean and beautiful hotel. It definitely exceeded my expectations. They arranged easily special water taxi for us.

The reception personal was really great! They took a lot of time to explain the map of Venice, including museums, restaurants and other things to do. They also explain very kindly to us how to use the vaporetto and gave us a free drink in the terrace. The room was very clean and the bathroom was really nice.

Extraordinary location, few blocks from San Marco square. They were waiting for us with a welcome card and a bottle of Prosecco, these details make a difference. The Venetian decoration of the room is not our favorite... but It's Venice!
