The hotel is a 10 out of 10; everything is new and modern,looking very nice. The room was big, clean and having all the necessary stuff. Good breakfast, the staff is very nice. Regarding the location, it is close to Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located ( aprox 10 min walking distance).We went as well to the restaurant recommended by the hotel and we were not disappointed.

Everything was perfect. The staff was excellent, the food nothing less than spectacular (specially dinner). AMAZING hotel for its price.

The decor of the hotel is very '1950' but in my old age it was a pleasant throwback. Everything is very functional.
