Everything!! The accommodation was perfect, near the terminal, and it was super easy to wonder around and find the places you needed. The stuff was super nice and made us feel like home from our first time contact. The room contains everything you need, from soap to hair dryer, and honestly the best of views. We want to thank them for helping us with everything! We will definitely stay there again!

    This church is much more interesting than the Duomo (...

    This church is much more interesting than the Duomo (although the outside of the Duomo is impossible to beat!). It is a very large church and has extensive grounds and tombs. Although we had been to Florence a number of times, we had never been inside because every time we were in that area, the church was closed.

    We were so close to the train station which was a dream for arriving and leaving Florence. The apartment was located a short walk away from Officina Profumo Farmaceutica Santa Maria Novella, a wine window and Osteria Pastella. A few things tourists seem to love. It’s very easy to get around by foot and we loved staying at the apartment and exploring the city! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely recommend it.

    It’s a fairly clean hostel with a good location. Buses stop right across the street, making it easy to get around the city. We weren’t bothered by noise at night. The train stop “Campo di Marte” is right across from the hostel, and from there you can reach Santa Maria Novella by train for €1.60 in just 5 minutes.

    The best part of staying here was undoubtedly the host - he was joyful and full of knowledge about history and where to go and what to do. I could have chatted to him for hours. Santa Maria Novella was also the only hotel that we stayed at in Italy that helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The location was perfect, the accommodation more than spacious, and the staff wonderful. Recommended!

    The hotel is located 5min walking from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. You can walk to the main attractions from there. The hotel has a 24-hour concierge, which is great and unusual in Florence. The room was comfortable and complete. Modern bathroom. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I left my luggage there in the morning and they have a safe room for it.

    Location was exceptional, less than 10 minutes walk to major attractions, close to Santa Maria Novella station, restaurants, markets and supermarket.
