Great quality stay, great care by team, Irene was great at check-in explaining all needed and setting great tone of stay, rest of team as well very helpful and welcoming, great SPA team at reception providing great service, as well treatment was delivered greatly, will definitely recommend and return. The room was quite ok, comfortable bed, very nice terrace with sea view. The breakfast was very good with a selection of meats, cheese, cereals, eggs and drinks. Unusual for Italian colazione 😅 The hotel is locate right across a road near the beach.

It was amazing!!! Where should I start? The staff was always polite, welcoming and willing to help. Every "personal touch" counts and this stay I had a filling, that everyone knows me and my family and everyone cares. The breakfast is just over all the ratings and score, it blows the competition off with 20 out of 10: so many different options, so tasty and fresh, so nice on the presentation. I've been to many hotels and I saw such level of dishes only one more time. The room is very clean and well functioning. Unfortunately the view was a bit blocked with the wardrobe, but the sunrise every morning from the "first row" compensated everything else. All in all the size of the room is mentioned during the booking as well as missing balcony. I consider it my own fault, but keep an eye on the details of the booking :) The pool is great and it this time I reconsider my love for swimming the sea. The sea was not that clean and one day after the thunderstorm the dirty water from the city got directly into the sea. So the pool was a life-saver :) There are certain rules to NOT use any children toys in the pool which makes sense to me, but very sad to my kid. Every evening the pool was cleaned by the automated robot with additional check by the person the next morning before the open. There are huge amount of restaurants around for every taste and wallet. You can also take food for a takeout and use promenade as your dining room. Talking about the promenade and the night life (you don't have one with the kid): it would be extremely noise next to the main street alone the sea beach BUT the windows are REALLY isolating all the noise. You will enjoy your quietness if you would like to spend nights sleeping. I don't have enough words to tell more about how all of us enjoyed this hotel and our vacation. I would definitely go there again and recommend to my friends. Hopefully the price will stay affordable as it was this time.

    Federico was efficient and informative when checking us in and out, and provided us with the detailed information of the city and restaurants. He was polite and always offered extra help. The location is perfect for us to travel to San Marino as the shuttle to San Marino stop right outside the hotel and the hotel is only 5 min walk from Rimini train station.

    The hospitality of the owner was delightful. He was super cooperative and helpful. As far as the apartment is concerned, it was beautiful, comfortable and clean to live in. The front of the apartment looks really pretty at night. Additionally, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located very near to Rimini Train Station and is in the centre of the city. We had a wonderful stay there. Must check out this property while you have a stay at Rimini. The location is great; supermarket is near, laundry store is near, the beach is near, restaurants are all around , bus stop that takes you to Rimini train station is near as well. The room has a little balcony where you can hang clothes to dry. This is very convenient.
