Everything was perfect. Room layout was great. Wonderful view. The pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, I would say among some of the best I've had.

Breakfast was very good, although generally the staff spoke very limited English. However, there was a lovely hotel concierge who was so helpful with us re places to visit, etc and she spoke impeccable English.

The place is exceptional! It's quiet in the rooms—no door slams, no street noise, nothing. The rooms are small but super cozy, very well-thought-out, with amazing light controls, a great bath, newly furnished, and overall very nice 🤌. The restaurant is outstanding in terms of food quality—no need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, staff full of warm hospitality, and amazing cleanliness + look. A very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay and even extended it because we liked it so much. Room was great and blanket was super comfortable. The complimentary tea service was also a plus, where we could enjoy a bit of Japanese culture at no expense. Loved that there was a humidifier for optional use as well, as I struggled a lot with the dry air in japan :)

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and the place was very clean and modern. The self check in and check out was easy and I didn't struggle to find what I needed. Yugo, the receptionist, was helpful and friendly, and they change your towels every day. The shared bathroom has great skincare products and dyson hairdryers, which is a nice touch. Very close to Akasaka station and well connected to central Tokyo. You can get to Shinjuku in about 20 minutes.

I like that it was really close to the Ginza line at Akasaka station, and within a short walk from the Chiyoda line. Found some good eats in the area as well. I appreciate the laundry amenities and the fresh towels daily. I felt safe in the area and in the hotel.
