The location is very close to esaka metro station. The hotel staff was so polite and so helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Hotel wifi was also very fast. The coffee shop outside was also nice. There was a fire drill planned and hotel really make sure that everyone is aware about it.

Very good location and helpful staff. The hotel is new and comfortable. It is very close to the Sin-Osaka metro station but little bit far from the JR station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. The luggages delivery service is very fast and handy

Modern property very close to Shin-Osaka station. I liked the architecture of the building with an open-air atrium. It even has a very nice Japanese style bath at no extra cost.
