Good hotel for our one night stay after arrival from Australia. Service was great. We love the big beds and soft pillows, slept so well. Nice amenities counter for your needs and self access. Small family mart downstairs on ground floor.

The hotel is a just a few minutes away from the south exit of Shin-Osaka station. I liked the compact layout of the room. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The controls for the lights, air conditioner, and chargers by the headboard were really helpful as they are just near you. The huge tv has information on the onsen capacity, check-in/out details, and services. I also like that I could airplay videos that I am watching on the screen. The staff were hospitable and helped me despite my limited Japanese language.
