Modern, very clean, comfortable & highly accessible location. Floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Tokyo. Rooms are well-appointed with sufficient lighting & temperature control. The location was central and being high up means a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. The amenities and connectivity were excellent for leisure and work.

Everything! The level of attention to details in the design and facilities is quite remarkable (lighting placement; sliding doors, design is simple Japanese with a modern touch). Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a few different metro stations are within reach of the hotel. Room was very spacious with an excellent view of Tokyo skyline. Gym large and in good condition.
