It’s a small hotel which is quite old but room and facilities are very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful and both breakfast and dinner provided at the hotel were plentiful and delicious.

The room with private bath and a view is breath taking! Breakfast is superb! Facilities are amazing and the staff is so cordial and helpful. Taiko show every night is awesome.     I don't think there is a better view of Mount Fuji in Japan. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and accommodating, making sure I could get to my room even though I arrived very late at night and that I took the right bus to get to the train station. The room was so charming and cozy, and I loved the luxurious outdoors bath. The hotel restaurant has great food. I also took a lovely stroll around the lake which is so gorgeous.

    The location is really exceptional. The hotel is located in a parc and we took a Japanese style room with view on the Mount Fuji. It was a real magic moment to wake up and to see Mount Fuji right in front of us. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast very good. The onsen great and warm. The first day and second day we rent bicycles to explore the whole area. A must do!

    Honestly everything. Very professional and helping staff, very nice ofuro, small gym available. Location is great, we saw Mount Fuji from the window of our spacious room. Hotel is organizing guests transport from and to Fujikawaguchiko station. Also we highly evaluated a rich & tasty breakfast, thanks to which we didn’t need lunch:-)

    The best hotel we have stayed in Japan. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The food is delicious. There is an onsen with a view of Mount Fuji. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend. They also provide private transport from the train station. Their service is top notch.

    Everything! Best place we stayed in our whole 3 weeks of Japan. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The balcony and view of Mount Fuji was breathtaking taking and the bbq in our private garden watching the sunset on Mount Fuji was honestly a dream. We loved the small, cute coffee places across the road too for breakfast and it’s right on the doorstep of Oishi park so you can experience in morning and late afternoon before crowds / tours. If you’re debating booking go for it, you won’t regret it.

    The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel was squeaky clean. The bathrooms are either new or were remodeled recently and are in pristine condition. The bed in the dorm was very comfortable and cozy. They offer free bicycles, tea/coffee, and Japanese snacks. There's a lovely rooftop with lounge chairs and a view of Mount Fuji. Not a party place. Definitely, one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

    My room got mount fuji view at 2nd floor. Just open the window. 1st floor i can see toilet and public bath, 1 for man, and 1 for woman. The owner is an old granny and helped by 1 staff, a man around 40 years old. Although they cant speak and understand english, they will google translate to communicate with you. The place just 17 minute if you walk from kawaguchiko station. The environment in the house is so nice, it is like an old house you watch in japan old movie. Room is clean. Futon is the best. Full star for this hostel.
