It's very clean and you have pretty much all you need. A good choice if you look for something genuine (mostly locals) and plan to visit Mount Takao. Convenience store super close, Onsen at 10 min walk (a nice one), and many restaurants. People from the place can help you with whatever you need, you can also rent hiking gear and shoes if needed. Our room was very comfy and cosy and the property has everything you would need. We were able to cook, vegetarian and vegan meals only, which was great. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by and we found access to both Mount Takao and Chichibu were straightforward.
