This was the most well-decorated hotel I've ever stayed at, at any price level. It was a real pleasure to wake up in such a thoughtfully appointed room. I also enjoyed a delicious martini and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the self-service laundry was a godsend (and reasonably priced).

my room was so spacious! i had so many luggage and bags and i could still freely move it was one of the cleanest hotels i stayed in. i had a shared bathroom and it was so clean at any time of the day!! it also felt so private and it never felt like i shared it with other people! the washing machine was so convenient and easy to use! the staff was very friendly and helpful:) everyone spoke english which was very appreciated! would definitely stay here again!

It was a really nice hotel, modern with a lot of comfort. The room was big. The bathroom with the shower and separate tub was great. The beverage supply was awesome, and if you need to wash your clothes, you can check the free laundry machines and the time you have left via tv from your room. I also liked the security standard. You can only use the elevator to the rooms with a key card.

    We took the airport limousine bus from Kansei Airport and the bus stops about a 3 min walk away from the hotel. It is also a very short walk to the Osaka station. A few eateries nearby. Easy ride to Tennoji and Namba Station to visit Dotonbori area. The staff were very hospitable. They helped us get one of our bags delivered to our hotel in Tokyo as we couldn't take it on the bus to Takayama. The room is small but just enough for 2. Very clean and everything worked fine-no sound from traffic, AC, neighbours etc. Comfortable bed.

    Clean and cosy with a great location right next to Osaka station. The traditional tatami room was nice for 4 people, no complaints about the facilities or anything else. Nothing fancy but a comfortable hostel with good value for a fair price.

    Excellent location close to Osaka Station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The women only onsen is the highlight here and very welcoming after long days of sightseeing. If you like Japanese style breakfast the choices are very good. Unfortunately Western style choices whilst tasty, are quite limited. Staff were courteous and helpful in forwarding my luggage to my next hotel.

    The location was excellent, very close to Shin-Osaka Station East Exit, there was a Yamato Storage very close by where we shipped out luggage out from Tokyo, as this service was not offered by the hotel (although they do offer luggage storage in the lobby they do not have someone on site to accept shipped luggage). We did not use the kitchenette although it was well equipped. We also used the washer.

    The hotel is in a perfect location near Shin-Osaka station, with a 24-hour front desk that is very kind and helpful. The public baths (onsen) are very nice and clean. The room is typical for Japanese hotels, especially if you want to save money, so the size is small. The hotel provides many personal care items, including a super comfortable pajama. The bathroom in the room is clean and convenient. Everything you need is there. The rooms are quiet. I can’t wait to come back!!

    The room was big and comfortable. They had a free shuttle going to and from Osaka Station every 15 minutes. The hotel is situated at Nakanoshima station which is convenient if you are going to Osaka Castle.

    We had a great stay at this property! The room was really spacious and clean, which was very much appreciated after two weeks of 3 of us sharing rooms on the smaller side while in Japan. The location was great for us being really close to Shin Osaka station and we also appreciated that the beds were made and new towels and slippers were left each day, as we weren’t expecting that due to it being an apartment style accommodation. I would definitely recommend this property if you are in Osaka and looking for somewhere with a bit more space.
