We loved the room! It was so spacious! We really enjoyed the Japanese Tatami 1 bedroom. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom had a tub and shower. There was a floor with washing machines too.

The hotel has very good service. The staff immediately took over your luggage as soon as you arrived at the door. The reception staff was very kind and guided you through the check-in procedures. Your luggage was delivered when you arrived at the room. The room was very comfortable and there were many restaurants to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is located close to Shinjuku Station and transportation/shopping is very convenient. The service staff is very helpful. I will choose this hotel again!

Fantastic hotel! My single room was spotless, had a nice view and felt really spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was very convenient along the Yamanote line and the breakfast was delicious and varied. When picking up my luggage on my final day, I had a really nice chat with one of the staff members. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

It's a great place. Lovely rooms of a generous size. Great gardens and views. After one has stayed in other hotels in Tokyo it is a great pleasure to find such a wonderful place. Location seems a little remote but once you understand it it's actually rather good. Short walk down to Nishiwasoda and along to Takadanobaba past numerous jazz clubs and restaurants. 61 bus goes from outside the door down to Shinjuku. Next to hotel there is a vegetarian restaurant if that is your kind of thing. Down the hill there's a place called Le Pain France which looks good through we did not go there. Garden room is worth the extra. Takes it from good to special. The restaurants in the hotel are great too.

    Loved having all the amenities (free night-time ramen, ice cream, welcome coffee drink etc). The breakfast looked mediocre so I didn't bother purchasing breakfast with them. Location is a little far from the station but walkable, but very close to sunshine city area. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very large. The onsen was clean and had multiple pools available, also noticed they had a shampoo bar which was neat!

    The location is close to the Otsuka Station ( less then 10min walk) and also close to the Sakura tram line ( the last tramway in Tokyo) Less then 10mim walk from Sunshine City ( lively area) About 20min from Ikebukuro Station. Overall, the neighborhood is convenient. Has restaurants and market, pharmacy and convenient store neirby.

    Second time staying here. Amazing location in Ikebukuro, right next to Sunshine City and a convenience store. Staff were friendly. The room is on the small side, but they provide a luggage rack so it is manageable as a solo traveller.
