We absolutely loved everything! The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

    Amazing location, walking distance from Tokyo Station. Great for a family with two toddlers. Our room had a laundry machine inside, and one package of detergent was given per day. We selected this type of room, but laundry is available inside the hotel for those who don’t upgrade or decide to go with the most basic room.

    The property was located close to akasaka mitsuke station. As a first time traveller to Japan I lucked out in booking this hotel in this location as akasaka mitsuke station is ideal for commuting via metro around the city and is a great transit hub close to Tokyo station, Shibuya and Shinjuku to name a few. The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. A great cafe is also connected to the hotel with other cafes / restaurants near by.

    We stayed at this hotel before, and got back here again this time as we enjoyed our stay before. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful as before, and the hotel now has opened a 711 store inside, a plus for convenience… also a money exchange machine is located in its business office. The hotel is only few minutes walk to the Shinagawa station, from which an easy ride to Tokyo station, Shinjuku, Shibuya and other tourist attractions.

    Getting from NRT to Tokyo Bay (Disney) area: JR train from NRT to Tokyo station is easy. Transfer to line to Mirihama Station (to catch monorail) is NOT! Do not try to drag luggage. Having it shipped ahead of time to hotel is good plan. Be sure to communicate with hotel ahead of time so they will store it for you.
