Ibis was a delight to stay out. Staffs were very friendly and the room was so clean and spacious. My family were very happy to stay in. Room layout was so well designed and all facilities were good!

The staff was kind and helpful, they changed the tower I was staying in so that it's easier for me to get on the shuttle bus to the airport. Definitely recommand this hotel if you have a flight in the morning

Close to the airport, shuttle bus available between 6am and 10pm. Taxi before and after that time via the KakaoT app (because staff not helpful with helping to get a taxi). With KakaoT at least you will not pay more than what the app tells you. Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, kind staff, 7/11 in the hotel (24/7) and quiet.

Hotel was really comfortable, the room was clean and had everything you needed. Water, toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors which you won't find in many hotels in Korea. Very close to the airport and there is a free bus to Terminal 1 and 2. Polite and kind staff. CU and laundry room on the first floor. I don’t know why the hotel has such low ratings but for us it was nice place for staying!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient. They spoke excellent English. My interactions throughout the resort were positive. My only suggestion would be to have more vegetarian food available. Catering to all food preferences would be nice.
