Excellent service from front desk to concierge to Porter (esp Jin)…all with a smile! Breakfast was superb with abundant choices. Dim sum at the lounge was excellent. Bed was comfy. I like that it’s bathroom has both bathtub & shower unit. Super location with plentiful shopping.

I really enjoyed my stay in Best Western Gangnam, it has strategic location and the room was comfortable with the great view, i got a nice corner to see the sunset as well. Few stations nearby, so it will be great for us to choose which station the have nearest line to our destination.

    Furnitures are as per shown on the photos posted by hosts .The unit has good size with two queen sized beds. Enough for small family like us with two young kids. There is ample space for our small kids to roam around the unit and the view is just amazing. Unit is at good location, it is just 2 min walk away from the Gangnam station exit 5. Bus stop is just across the street, hence makes our journey planning much easier.

    The accommodation is very clean, neat, and beautifully maintained, comparable to a hotel. Excellent location with easy access to Gangnam Station, Yeongdong Market, COEX, Sinsa Plastic Surgery, Garosu-gil, and Itaewon— all reachable by foot or a short drive. Quiet residential area with convenience stores, delicious restaurants, and coffee shops just a minute away. The host is exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring smooth and prompt communication. The latest electric bed was a unique and comfortable feature.

    The property was as shown on Booking.com. Everything we needed was there, and some thoughtful additional touches as well, such as welcome drinks, pot noodles and lots of beauty product samples. It is very close to Gangnam station, but also walkable from Sinnonhyeon station (about 20 mins). There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was quick to respond to messages and sent clear instructions on accessing the property in advance.

    The hotel is close walking distance to Gate 9 for the subway or a short walk to Gangnam station Gate 10 subway. Both lines will take you to either Coex Mall or Seoul Sky Tower. Perfect location with clean facilities and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

    Well placed near Gangnam station, and only 3 bus stops away from the bus terminal, close to a street full of restaurants, with quick passages to main streets, yet quiet. The view from upper floors is beautiful, same from the roof garden. It is big enough to be comfy, with a well equipped kitchen cupboard. I appreciated the spoons, not all hotels have spoons in SK.
