The facilities are beautiful and rooms are very clean. Breakfast should be rated higher! Every option was delicious but the Korean menu was outstanding. The staff was amazing too, very friendly, very accommodating and warm. The Eliena Hotel really set the bar up for the rest of my trip.

The hotel room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the view from the front was very good The hotel is on a main road with some amenities situated close, such as restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The hotel is between 2 subway stations, which is very useful as one station is on an express line (Sinnonhyeon station) Gangnam is a nice neighborhood to visit at night and feels very open and safe. Very lively atmosphere, especially near Sinnonhyeon station

Location was really good. Buses (including airport limo) stop a minute from the hotel. In Seoul, transfers on bus to train or vice versa is free as long as it is within 30 minutes, so it was really economical and if you plan carefully, you don't need to walk much. Breakfast is good. usual korean food. They serve congee, soup, rice, eggs, mashed potatoes and salad, But they dont have milk and sugar in the resto, only black cofffee! Twin room is just right for 2 people. Always kept clean but the heater is too hot for us so we turn on the AC at night
