Location was excellent with all eateries at walking distance and sunset views right in front of property. Food was great and always on time. Service was unmatched, better than any 5-star. Rooms / bathrooms/ seating area were very comfortable, quiet and plush. Best sleep I’ve had on a holiday.

It was right in Fort Galle a nice quiet area, we chose it for its proximity to the cricket ground but it's close to everything including walking around ramparts. The room was small but it was clean and modern. The best bit is the breakfast, it was scrumptious and it just kept coming... We didn't have to eat again until later in the day. Fab hotel highly recommended. Staff were great.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet hotel, all the details in furnishings seem right, you get the impression to be in someone’s actual house back in time. All staff is super friendly and attentive. Just a short walk from Galle centre, but in a very calm environment. Bonus: no plastic bottles, you get as much filtered water as you want.

The hotel is a beautiful old mansion with amazing central garden with pool. Rooms are spacious though the Porcelain Suite lacked the decor from the other rooms and walls were moldy but not a big deal. But overall really great place. Nevertheless, the highlight of the hotel it’s its staff. Always smiley, helpful, willing, expedited, friendly .. the real meaning of “going the extra mile to have everyone happy”. Thanks!
