The hotel staff exemplified true hospitality, particularly Menal from reception who provided exceptional service. Her patience and dedication in addressing all our concerns made our stay truly outstanding. Additionally, the gentleman at breakfast and the cleaning lady who took care of our room were both exceptional, displaying warmth and a welcoming attitude. Without a doubt, they were the best staff we encountered during our 10-day trip.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a beautiful and unique atmosphere throughout the hotel. The interiors are stunning, the rooftop pool and restaurant are perfect for relaxing with a cocktail (highly recommend the sangria!), and the location is ideal – close to the best restaurants and nightlife spots in the city. The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, offering a personalized and attentive experience from start to finish. We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and they did more than I could have ever expected to make it special. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed and more, and the 24/7 support made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back – this place made our trip unforgettable.

The hotel had so much personality, great location, amazing services and food. Pool is heated, it's like a small paradise outside the busy medina. Very delicious breakfast included. Highly recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay in and just want to relax.
