Check in procedure is fast which is very good, the front office team is great, we just didn't get their names but they were helpful. Special mention to Mr. Alberto from Guest relations, he assisted me to prepare a surprise for my wife for our anniversary and it made our stay more special, thank you so much! 💯 The indoor pool is great with the sunbeds ready, our room has an amazing hill, pool and sea view. This hotel is highly recommended!

The room was nice with the balcony view. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, I did not know that it was not included in the price of the hotel stay. With the amount that I paid to stay, I thought the breakfast was included. The breakfast was delicious regardless. The location of the hotel was odd BUT we dot used to it after the first night. The parking garage could use a bit of work BUT due to the location, I understand it probably won't happen.

Built on the sides of one of the valleys in Mellieha, the hotel offers exquisite views of the church, the bay, the islands of Gozo and Comino, and the village.

The hotel has a really luxurious feel to it from the moment you step into the foyer. Really high standard! You can find free unlimited parking on the side streets (I found on the one west of the Main Street both days). Only park where there are white lines, yellow is not legal. Parking on the main street, where the hotel is located, is free for 45 min. I was a bit confused about the spa so here’s the basic info I could have used beforehand: - Change in your room, there are only toilets and a public shower in the spa area, no changing room - No lockers so leave valuables etc. in your room - Sauna is turned off at 20.00, but the indoor pool area is open until 23.00 - Ask any questions to the “front desk” person in the spa area (not front desk of reception to the hotel), they’re really helpful and are literally there to help with this
