Everything....Very spacious sitting room, kitchenette, large bedroom with comfy chairs, balcony and a beautiful view to the pool and water. And it is locate quietly in a residential area with a few restaurant, a minisuper and pharmacy within a few mins walk. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant on site.

My son didn't feel well during our stay, and they went out of their way to fetch honey and make tea for him. The sincerity and kindness they showed in their actions were touching. The hotel is located in a safe area and is housed in a beautiful villa in traditional Mexican style. It offers a wonderful alternative to the high-rise hotels typical in Cancún, providing a more personal and intimate atmosphere. The site its location the facilities were perfect. The events that the staff run daily for the visitors but it was great to see the accomodation create fun days for families and their children.

this was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist, staff and everyone we met were so helpful and friendly. We had an amazing room, with all amenities we needed and even given a late check out free of charge. I would recommend everyone to book here if staying in cancun if you want a quiet hotel, close to shopping and close to the airport for those catching flights
