The location is spectacular- just a short bus ride from the airport. The buses into town ran every 15 minutes from near the hotel into Queenstown itself too. $2 a ride with a Bee card. The facilities in the room were amazing - even a nespresso machine! The bed was comfortable and the staff always friendly. I can’t wait to return. You won’t regret staying here.

I had to make a last-minute booking when my flight got cancelled and this place was perfect for getting to and from the airport. The room was a good size and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

can change from double to twin bedroom upon arrival well equipped with washing and drying machine and kitchenware walkable distance to bus station, taxi to airport is fast, just nz30 for early flight staff is helpful nice maintain view

The room is spacious and comfortable. There's a water taxi (about 10mins walk from the hotel) and bus stop (about 20mins inclined walk). WiFi is strong. They tidy up the room each day. Breakfast was OK, the staff knows already what I wanted on my 3rd day.
