It might be a bit expensive but the room, location, amenities, and service made it highly justifiable. All of the staff we met exceeded my service expectation. Special mention to the people greeting us at the reception, my sister lost her phone on our Grab ride and they offer us to contact Grab to locate it. Smooth check-in and the room (rather the apartment) assigned to us is super spacious, everything we need is there and the view of the city is amazing. I'll definitely be back when my husband and I stay in BGC.

I was struck by the cleanliness and modernity of the room. Not only was it impeccably maintained, but the fantastic view truly made my stay unforgettable. It was a joy to wake up to such scenery in the morning. The location is good near the malls and its like 20 mins away from the airport. The amenities you provide greatly enhanced my overall experience. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center or the inviting lounge area, every aspect made my stay more enjoyable. The room is also equipped with kitchen appliances, great for long stay. I want to highlight the customer service as well, it was superb. I stayed at Novotel for a night and overall the experience was awesome, the room was very clean and bed was so comfortable and we had a very nice sleep. The service was very accomodating and they answered our queries on time, they are so responsive. Location was close to Rockwell and public transport which made getting around easy. Amenities- nice pool and theres also a gym and nice garden for a nice walk too. Thank you for the great service! Looking forward to our next booking!
