Excellent location. Very well presented with beautiful clean rooms and superb staff. The Polish people are some of the kindest people you’ll ever come across and their work ethic, and attention to detail is exceptional. Well worth the stay.

The location was unbeatable! Coming from the train station, we were delighted to find the hotel as we walked through the gates of the old town, without even having to use a navigator. The staff greeted us warmly and checked us in quickly. The breakfast was varied each day and had a variety of cold and hot choices. The bed was so comfortable!

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.
