Close to old Town . The breakfast was very generous in variety of food offered. The room is high tech controlled but most of all the pillows are so wonderfully huge and soft.

The location is just perfect at the entrance of the old town where most tours gather. The architecture and rooms are unique, feel like in an old castle! Honestly one of the best hotels I've been to so far. The staff were excellent (not very common in Poland)!

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 984 feet away from the hotel.

We made a reservation through booking.com for a wrong day. It was our mistake and it was no longer possible to cancel or change the reservation. The hotel did not have a double room for the correct day but offered us an apartment at the same location instead, without charging us extra. We appreciate a lot the staff all their consideration and help. We stayed just one night in Cracow but we would definitely come to Cracow again for a longer time and we will stay in Pollera again.
