It was a just a wonderful stay. - Diana ( for her smiles) and her reception staff,Safii especially for her customer care) were all soooo nice and with a warm hospitality and professionalism. Hotel has an extraordinary cleaniness level and rooms are spacious and well equipped… look nowhere else to stay, Black Iris is simple the BEST in the reqion, simply stands out in all rating areas

This was my second time staying at the property and I also convinced my two other colleagues to stay here which they did not regret. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in an upscale and quite neighborhood, but not far from city attractions. The amenities were adequate and the bed and room was quite cozy and spacious with good views of the city. The front desk was efficient. The breakfast was good but didn't find my favorite falafal in the breakfast, and i recommend to add it to the menu. The hotel was 10 mins drive from Taj Lifestyle Mall and the City Mall. There is a mini supermarket, laundry shops and shawerma shops located just opposite to the hotel where one can grab a sandwhich at any odd time and buy any day to day amenities. also I fount a lot of tourists from different countries checking in and out which clearly is sign of confidence in the hotel. Overall, I liked to stay here and would definitely comeback in furture visits.

    After Israeli passport control, you must board a bus to arrive at the Jordan Passport control office for their visa and stamping,,then cross the border by foot (with luggage) and then go tot he taxi stand, pay for the prepaid taxi, wait for the taxi and then get into the taxi to come to the main gate. Be ready to tip all the way!!! it's a horrible way = Eilat Crossing is MUCH MUCH easier///
