Amazing room. Spacious and super clean. Great ambience in the hotel lobby and nice little bar and pool on the roof. Friendly staff. Breakfast is nothing special but ok to start the day with. Very convenient location to/from the airport by taxi.

I cannot fault anything, from the service to the facilities, everything was brilliant. The staff go out of their way to help you with absolutely everything. The location is amazing if you're travelling for leisure. The spa facilities are not to be missed.

People: From the first entrance to the hotel to the final ride to the airport the hotel's team hospitality was above all expectations. Our big thanks to the team who made our stay comfortable and memorable and I would like to extend my special thanks to people who made our room during our stay as our daughter spent a lot of time in the room preparing for exams and they had only short intervals when we went out for lunch or dinner to do their job which they did exceptionally well and with great respect. The hotel also also offered us early check-in and late check-out which helped us to enjoy Doha on the days of arrival and departure. Amenities: Everything was in excellent condition. The room is equipped with everything necessary including tea pot, Nespresso machine and iron as well as ironing board which proved to be very useful with morning mist in Doha while we were there. There were also lots of free water bottles delivered daily in the room which helped in hot weather. Our room was on the 14th floor, elevator arrived in seconds after the call, we never waited. Breakfast: Excellent food and service. Good start for the day. Try spicy mixture in juices section, very refreshing. Beach: Hotel partners with Doha Sands Beach across the road. Very clean beach and water, we went there almost every day in the morning. Beach provides free towels and one free bottle of water. General: Hotel is great, vibrant place to live in with restaurants, live performances and spa to visit next time.

    You can easily walk from the Golden Tulip to the MIA, Doha in five minutes which is what we did. We only came to Doha to see the Museum and do a little work there with their carpet collection so the trip was a success

    A wonderful experience learning about the history and growth...

    A wonderful experience learning about the history and growth of Islam in the different continent's. The visit is a self-directed walk spread across two floors. Takes a few hours to go round the whole museum so make sure you have planned in a few hours. It also has a coffee shop overlooking the ocean with picturesque views. Ideal visit for children over 13 years of age. Discount available for children and students with valid ID.

    Fantastic rooms, super comfortable large beds with amazing pillows! I had the best sleep! Great location, very close to the Museum of Islamic Arts (which is well worth a visit), the hotel feels very fancy with quality lounges and sitting areas. Breakfast was wonderful!

    The design and styling was beautiful. The breakfasts were tasty and friendly staff. The pool was a treat in such hot weather. I extended my stay. I liked the bitter tea available in the foyer. Walking distance to the souk, the desert rose national museum and the fabulous museum of Islamic arts
