We stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt. It was a memorable (give us a surprise with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary) and extremely wonderful stay with good location near to shopping mall, Centralworld, Siam paragon and big C. What’s more the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will go back to Hyatt for our next trip to Bangkok. (21nov-24nov’2024)

Customer experience is perfect from A to Z. My young kid received several time some gifts! The staff is so kind, from the reception, to the Rotunda bar to the swimming pool. It was already our second time. We'll be back for sure. Besides everything, the food was delicious!

Mid to high-end brands here. Plenty of F&B choices too. Try the cinema (Gold Class ticket is around US$30 including pre-show canapes in lounge, a choice of drink and pop corn to be enjoyed in your seat)

This is possibly the most crazy location in Bangkok during Songkran water festival. Need water canons - Thousands to buy here. There is a tower that sprays the crowds with a firehose heree too. Total Fun!

This hotel has a superb/fantastic location, right next to Central World, Siam Square, and Platinum Mall. There are also many markets nearby that are popular with women. The hotel is quite new, and the service is very attentive/excellent. The breakfast includes some delicious vegetarian dishes, making it very vegetarian-friendly.

The room is clean and quite new. We stayed 2 days and cleaner cleaning each day! 何よりも the recipient is so kind, supportive and generous. I enjoyed Thai visiting because of them! Also there’s mini taxi service. They drop off you near the big road, cuz the hotel is in a bit inside a street. It was nice and relived service. The area is 栄えているand close to central world. I highly recommend to stay when you in Bangkok!!

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to Big C and opposite Central World. Less than 10 minutes walk to Platinum mall. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast sets were decent. The rooms are clean. 7-11 is just behind the hotel. Many eateries and massage places are just 2 minutes walk away.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Simon (the bell boy) for all his help. I came to Bkk for the 5th time but first time solo, primarily to relax and shop. The swimming pool is really nice for relaxation, several massage options in the area even the property has it and open 24/7; the location is walking distance to MBK Center, Siam, even Pratunam and Central World. 7-11 and streetfoods (+ coconut juice in shell for 1 eur, that was also really nice) just outside the property. Highly recommended.
