Brand new hotel, so everything was clean and in immaculate condition. Very friendly and polite personel that catered for all our needs (thank you Mustafa). All of them speak English, something that is not so common in Istanbul. The whole hotel smells perfectly, they occasionally spray a discreet perfume everywhere, the swimming pool and its jacuzzi are great after a walking day in the city, very clean and relaxing. The spa area is also perfectly clean. In the hotel there is a nice confectionery MADO, open till late. The hotel is next to Metro 2 Istanbul and in close distance to Tram 1 that takes you to the centre of the town. The area although central is not congested but is at at the same time very safe at night. All in all we are totally satisfied and we would totally recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the services, the hospitality, and the attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to respond to any questions and provided us with useful information, including parking details. We were even given a free early check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch! Every day, we received complimentary water and tea, which made the stay even more pleasant. On our first day, breakfast was included for free, and we were also treated to complimentary fruit platters – a lovely surprise! The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, and the staff made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Special mention goes to the gentlemen at the reception, who were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. From the welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful extras, everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely return! I would also like to extend a big thank you to Khurshid and his colleagues for all their kindness and professionalism. It was a true pleasure interacting with them, and their efforts made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for everything!
