Very nice people at reception, especially Mr. Faisal. Located near Aksaray Tram station (watchout for your documents etc at tram station). They have helped me whenever help was needed. Cleaning lady was doing superb job, rooms cleaned everyday and changed sheets upon my request every time. I recommend this place for people that come to explore Istanbul, everything is easily accesible.. Breakfast was nice.
