Kempinski Hotel, you could easily change the name to ‘Heaven on Earth’ Hotel. State of art hotel, impressive reception, restaurants, rooms, facilities, garden, Bosphorus view and last but not least, the Palace. Love the surprise for my wife, great breakfast and dining options.

The diverse menu and exquisite flavors made dining a highlight of my stay. The spa and treatments were exceptional, offering a perfect escape for relaxation. A special touch that truly uplifted my spirits was the beautiful roses left in my room by the hotel staff every day. One tip: Don't forget to try their patisserie and taste Divan's famous Turkish delights. They are a must-try and add to the overall delightful experience. Overall, Divan İstanbul Hotel exemplifies top-notch hospitality and comfort. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable stay in İstanbul.

Everything was lovely, staff especially Sara, Esra, Suhran, Elif were very kind. They accommodated my request for a late check out and also ensured that I was taken care of at breakfast.
