At first I was a little apprehensive as Google had many recent negative reviews but they turned out to be unfounded. I didn’t find issues with cleanliness, everything was neat and in order. The location was really near to Fengjia night market with many interesting food stores on the way. Parking was underground and plentiful, just be careful on the ramp as it’s one-way. Took Ubus #1623 for abt 2 hrs from Taoyuan airport to Chaoma station(朝馬轉運站) at Taichung city, followed by a metered taxi to hotel, abt 7 mins. Our day tour pick up n drop off to sun moon lake from this hotel. Hotel helped booked tpt to HSR where we took train to Taipei.
