Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The top floor gym has amazing views, lots of equipment, and spacious. It was my birthday and the manager (Benson) was kind to upgrade my room that has amazing views on the 25th floor. I would definitely come back on my next trip to NOLA

We went to New Orleans to celebrate my 60th Birthday. When we arrived there was a bottle of Champagne in our room. The Hotel is right at the heart of the French Quarter just off Bourbon Street. Amazing location !!! Very noisy but just what we wanted. The Hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly . Very attentive and polite, helpful and accommodating. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to try all of the fabulous cafe's just a 5 min walk away. The Hotel is central enough that you can walk almost everywhere. We walked to Jackson Square, Royal Street, Canal Street, The WW2 Museum. We hopped on the tram at Canal street to a fab BBQ place called The Blue Oak BBQ. Fabulous food :-)

This park is where the Priest Robi's Voodoo Tour takes place. A beautiful park, with a interesting history. Beware though, there are no public bathrooms there (broken and not repaired). The restaurant just across the entrance of the park let us use their facilities.

    Great park!

Great park! They have a drum circle on Sundays at 3pm where people play drums and dance. There is also a popular Voodoo Tour led by High Priest Robi that is located at Louis Armstrong Park. You will even see statues of his family members (or people that represent his family) and some of the offerings that people that follow the Voodoo religion leave at each tree. Its a cute park to visit for all of its history and charm.

We had one of the suites, which was right next door to Marie Laveau's house. We could walk to anywhere in the French Quarter easily and it was very close to Armstrong Park and Cemetery tours. The suite itself was modern and bright, but still had the feeling of being in a charming old building.

The location of the hotel was excellent. On the edge of the French Quarter in front of the Louis Armstrong Park. That meant that it was close to, but removed from all the noise of Bourbon street and surroundings. The breakfast was acceptable, what you would except at a best Western.

It was in a good location. It was only a short walk through Louis Armstrong park and a few blocks down to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street and only a few more blocks to the riverfront. Also, if we wanted to go further afield it was only a short walk to catch the streetcars. It was also in a very quiet neighbourhood, with a great little coffee shop nearby
