WOW WOW WOW - this hotel leads the way when it comes to customer service and comfort. The staff were really friendly and helpful on check-in and the room was lovely when we got there. We had an issue we needed to sort and our phone was not working with US numbers so one of the front desk staff lent us her phone so we could sort the issue, we were appreciative of this as it was a huge issue from our previous hotel. The location is excellent; CVS is across the street, 12 minutes from the nearby dock area which has great restaurants and bars. A Very Walkable area, safe and parking on site (charged) The room was super comfy - we were sad to leave it.

We arrived early and tired to the hotel, the staff did a great job of accommodating us and getting a room a little earlier, they were brilliant and we ended up with a really nice room. The location was perfect for the cruise terminals.

The convenience of its location, close to the trolley. Loved the clean, fresh towels and freshly made bed every day. The breakfast was also a welcomed convenience.     Wear good walking shoes, and sunscreen. Bring rain gear if you plan on the River Ride to stay dry and to keep your cameras and cell phones dry. The property is beautifully landscaped, and the shows are wonderful.

    It should be closed entirely during Covid. What they offer now is way too limited for the full entrance fee that they charge. Other than the roller coasters, everything else, including food stations, was pretty much closed. We feel we were ripped off!

    Very handy to Busch Gardens if that’s the purpose of your visit. Seemed brand new, very clean, very large room with heaps of helpful things (desk, proper kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery etc). Very decent breakfast for the cost of the hotel. Lots of thoughtful items not experienced at other hotels in Florida e.g. newspaper, board games

    Large spacious room very close to Busch Gardens Theme Park with a free transfer bus. There was a free breakfast, which was decent enough considering the price paid for the room. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
