I stayed in this hotel on the 26th of march and it was my first time in this hotel chain and in Miami. I was very satisfied, however, the highlight of my stay was the welcoming and helpful personalities of the highly professional Ms. Marta and Ms. Almu at the reception desk. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were originally from Spain and were doing an excellent job in an american environment. I was travelling alone for the first time and they made me feel at home. Thank you!

The view from the room is terrific. The location is very good. The staff is nice and helpful. We liked the pool and the fitness area very much.
