The Hotel surprised us in several aspects: 1. The hotel is located in a very calm and peaceful place, very close to the airport and with free parking. 2. The hotel is a 23-minute drive from the city center, but is very close to the Grand Ole Opry, Madame Tussaud’s at Opry Mills. 3. The room is very modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. 3. The bathroom is excellent, a very good size, with a great shower and a very technological mirror. 4. The hotel's restaurant is great! The staff are very polite and helpful and the restaurant staff were especially wonderful. I ordered chicken wings with ranch and it was just delicious, fresh, amazing seasoning. The best chicken wings I've ever had in my life. My husband ordered a hamburger and he liked it a lot. I ordered chicken wings downtown and it didn't even come close to the flavor I found at the hotel's chicken wings. Unforgettable. We will be compelled to stay at this hotel every time from now on.

From the moment I walked in to check in, the staff were extremely friendly, making sure that I understood all the amenities and facilities that were included in the price of the booking. In addition, they were helpful with putting through phone calls to the room, and allowing a friend to enter who had come to visit. Breakfast was great, a wide selection and a vast range of beverages.

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment you arrive you truly feel you are on vacation. Staff were at the door to greet and manage luggage, check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, just steps from Broadway and food and drink options as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame all accessible from the main lobby. Our room was lovely, great view of the city and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect (would love to return in warmer weather for the rooftop bar!) Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

    There are a great many stores there, but where you enter is...

    There are a great many stores there, but where you enter is not accessible unless you walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the entire mall. Or backup and see all the same stores that you've already passed the first time. Not a place to go if you have issues with walking long distances.

    If you're going to the Grand Ole Opry, this is a great place to find a place for lunch before. Also, Madame Tussaud's wax museum is in the mall so if you want it, there's definietly time to do it before the Opry show!

    Many big name stores, along with an excellent selection of fine restaurants and quick snack places. The mall is clean and spacious even when there are a lot of people moving about. There are several restrooms in close proximity to any location within the mall. Also plenty of places to take a load off and simply people watch.
