    This was unexpectedly nice.

This was unexpectedly nice. When you arrive, you need to have your wallet, camera and water with you only. Bags are not allowed, but a clear plastic bag like the kind you use at a concert are allowed. You need to get tickets at least 3 week ahead because the times sell out. The audio tour is totally worth it as the history is narrated to you and there are interviews with survivors. The boat trip to the Arizona Memorial is quick and painless. The memorial itself is very well done and the Navy does a great job of keeping it a somber yet respectful event. I highly recommend this if you are in Oahu. Be sure to read and listen to all the info in the museum as well.

Make sure u book the trip in advance otherwise there will be a long queue. Book atleast a few weeks in advance. Also remember to book the boat ticket online. It is free but if you don't want to wait in a queue them book it atleast 2-3 weeks in advance.

Everytime we visit Oahu we visit the Memorial.

Everytime we visit Oahu we visit the Memorial. Take the Navy's tour - free - and get to walk on the memorial and listen to a volunteer speak about December 7th. The usual 20 minute film provided by the Navy is no longer inside a viewing room but has moved outside due to covid. Difficult to see the tiny TV which is projecting the documentary. Water, snacks can be purchased. Gift shop available. If you bring a bag larger than a normal size purse you'll be directed to store it in a locker before entering the Memorial.
