Super accomodative team. Allowed an early check-in for no additional costs and service at the hotel is amazing. Super comfortable beds. Great value for money, in the heart of the city. Air conditioner is also super powerful and offers a great escape from the hanoi humidity. They offer spa services, shuttle to the spa, and also organize tours nearby. Wish I stayed here longer and hope to be back again soon!

The room was very spacious and super clean, the shower was nice and hot. The bed was big and just to my liking, I had a good night sleep. The staff was also amazing, they helped me with my transfer to Cat ba and really made my stay comfortable.

Great location, near many local restaurants and walking street. Clean room, good breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Impressive service. There is a lovely aquarium at the lobby also. I really love the paintings here, this hotel feels like an art exhibition. If you are a paintings lover, you should stay here.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warm friendly staff members who assisted us with everything we needed. Staff was extremely kind and such a joy to interact with. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very delicious and a variety of options available. The location of the hotel is perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to be. I was very happy with my stay.

What a nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. I would definitely come again. They even upgraded our room for free since a better room was not occupied.

    The location is excellent. It's in the heart of the city centre making it very convenient to reach most tourist attractions. The Night Market is just two minutes walking distance and Dong Xuan Market is a 7 minute walk away. Plenty of small restaurants around the hotel offering a variety of food as well as many street food stalls. The Front Office staff (Stewie and Mint) are very friendly and ready to help. The room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. A great place to stay!!

    The Sono hotel is in a great location. I can walk to everywhere, just 5 minute walk to egg café, dong xuan market, bun cha,.. Staff at the hotel were super good and friendly. I forgot my shirt at the hotel and they kept it there for me till I return. They also booked the day tour to ninh binh and halong bay for us. The tour was very nice: good food, friendly tour guide, small group.
