Attentiveness of the staff, it’s well trained and I can say only good words about the hotel management system. Lobby with waiting area, easy check-in, great room, brand new and well-maintained. Breakfast is great, staff took care of everything I needed and always was there if I needed any assistance

We only had two weeks in Vietnam and three days for our trip to Ha Long. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet area, and the room is beautiful. The food was delicious and suited my taste, and the staff were very friendly and attentive

    The Night market is a dead place.

    The Night market is a dead place. Maybe there is more life there during the peak season, but otherwise there is absolutely nothing to see or do or buy there as 90% of stalls are closed and there is absolutely no people
