South AfricaThe room was clean and in an exceptional condition. The bathroom was perfect as well. We were still on the road and couldn't check it at the allocated check in time. We were given a courtesy to find out what time we would be arriving and there was someone waiting to check us in, albeit quite late in the evening. Thanks a MILL for this, much appreciated !!!

BelgiumWe arrived at night and Herman was so kind to wait for us to let us in. Besides that everything was very clean and comfy. The rooms were very nice and the hosts were always ready to help us. They also provided some water and a little snack. It was also very hygienic and the wifi was very good. Can recommend!

CanadaWe always stay at Lemoenfontein when we travel through the Karoo. This time was with our friends. We all very much enjoyed our stay. Joshua's smile at arrival is always a welcome sight! After a long drive, it was nice to stretch our legs in the several paths behind the house. We were also lucky to spend some upclose time with the resident giraffes around the pool! Beautiful! We had dinner at the farmhouse, which was delicious! It is a little bit outside Beaufort West, but that's what we were looking for and it is worth the short drive!

Absolutely fantastic.
Absolutely fantastic. Very different from the highveld but wonderful. Great wide open scenes with different animals than in Kruger Park. This National Park has a restaurant - must have the Karoo lamb chops - the best I have ever had!

An excellent accommodation complex basically in the center of Beaufort West, about 7 km from Karoo National Park. There is a nice swimming pool, which we couldn't use due to our late arrival. The apartment was basically a large, spacious flat with a dining room downstairs and a large bedroom with several spacious beds and a large bathroom upstairs. All complemented by vintage furniture!

The host and his family were extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to assist us in finding our way around the Karoo National Park as we were eager to locate certain birds in the area. The accommodation and facilities were perfect for our needs. The aircon in 41 degree weather was much appreciated :-) Thank you very much!

Convenient location for visiting Karoo National Park.
Kitchenette was well stocked for a self-catering stay, but space in the room is very limited, so would be difficult to do too much cooking in the kitchen.

Best thing was seeing giraffe on the side of the road not long after we entered the gate. We did not expect that! Lots of trails to walk, drive and take a 4x4 on. Lovely to sit outside and watch the steenbokkies and tortoises on the lawn. Very close to the Karoo National Park.

Clean and spacious fully equipped chalet. There are 7 chalets and are spaced well apart for maximum privacy. The chalets overlook a small water hole and there are game species and giraffe roaming the property. There is opportunity to drive to the Stables accommodation and also to walk around. The accommodation is a 5 min drive from the Karoo National Park. Great braai area and a shop where you can stock up on braai essentials.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the Karoo. The friendly hosts are very helpful. We are really glad to relax at the Olive Groves after visiting Karoo National Park. The Farm is perfect for a family vacation.
