Cradle Mountain Highlanders offers secluded cabins on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It provides convenient, self-catering facilities and is a 5-minute drive from the park’s entrance. It was a special and peaceful retreat in a cabin surrounded by the forest. Both the reception area and the cabins were beautifully designed. The fireplace inside the cabin kept us very warm—so much so that at night, we even left the window slightly open while the fire was still going. It was conveniently close to the Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, but I’d recommend bringing enough ingredients if you plan to cook your own meals.

Strahan Wilderness Lodge was easy to get to if you have a vehicle. The shared dining room area and kitchen has a lovely view of the water and Strahan across the bay. The Wilderness Lodge was clean and furnished well. it ws a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The couple running it are friendly and helpful.

Located just 50 metres from the Tasman Sea, Saltwater - Absolute Oceanfront, Fire Pits, some Villas with Hot Tubs and Sauna is set in Falmouth, 7-minutes' drive from Four Mile Creek. Amazing view Gorgeous decor, bathroom Very clean Great suggestions in manual by owner. Really enjoyed my morning walk along the water line as recommended by owner.

Just a minutes’ walk from a beautiful white sand beach, Adventure Bay Retreat Bruny Island offers luxury accommodation. Set on 33 acres of native bush land, guests can enjoy hiking. Adventure at the southern end of Bruny Island was a lovely idyll w ocean in the distance. Wallabies and Tassie hens ran round at dusk. Varied vegetation from the forest nearby and sounds of birds appeals to the senses

Built in the 1870s, The Corinda Collection offers self-contained cottages and hotel style rooms. Set in lovely gardens, the property offers a 24-hour front desk and free parking. It’s beautiful garden. A lovely home it’s like going back in time and you feel like the lady of the house. It’s a stunning home, an honest bar and the best kind staff. Their breakfast is a delight and the gardens exquisite. Beautiful views

Featuring a spa bath, a fireplace and a private balcony with native forest views, Woodbridge Hill Hideaway is just 5 minutes’ drive from Great Bay. Omg the cabin was amazing!!! I just couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. We had a spa looking at the beautiful view!!

Loved the fact that it's totally off grid and solar powered. The open plan layout & the amazing floor to ceiling glass fronting the ocean are amazing. (There are no blinds but we were fine with that.) The big log burner fire kept us nice & warm, and at night you could look at ocean views from the lovely big bed. Well equipped kitchen with many basic supplies provided. We were there during stormy weather but even on a bad weather day the views are still incredible Must mention that the access is a 20 minute drive from the main road - its on a very bumpy dirt track through pretty patches of forest & coastal dunes - beautiful.
