Rashid and Eka, the owners, were amazing hosts. We quickly felt like we were part of the family. Rashid is passionate about Raja Ampat's underwater life and took us on amazing tours. We saw such incredible sights. 2. The bungalows are located on a spectacular reef. You can see so much by snorkelling directly from your bungalow steps. 3. The staff were wonderful! (And great karaoke singers!) 4. There are only three bungalows so far and all the guests eat together for lunch and dinner. We got to know wonderful people from around the world. 5. We spent a week here and a week at a much more expensive resort and this one came out tops for value by far. 6. A village is nearby which was really interesting to visit. 7. Note that the location near mangroves is a positive. We experienced no significant insect issues here and the mangroves harboured amazing fish life.

If you would like to discover the area, hiking, fishing and snorkelling are possible in the surroundings. This was our first time in Raja Ampat and our stay at Methos was more than what we could have imagined. The staff were very accommodating, the views from the hut were incredible and everything was well furnished in our room. We loved spending time on the beautiful deck and will definitely be coming back again.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Beautiful location. Everybody is so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. The view is breathtaking 😍 I stayed for a week and was sad when I had to leave. I enjoyed the dives with divemaster Abang. The food was delicious. Bucket showers and back to basics, I really loved the entire experience so much! Thank you Herman, Nani, Abang and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay on Kri Iskand! 🙏🥰
