This hotel which was a former hunting lodge is unique as it is a heritage building and has a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. As such the rooms are not your typical 5 star hotel types with all the mod cons. It has been furnished in keeping with its heritage background. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The bed was firm and we slept very well. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good with various a la carte options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel for a unique experience.

IT is the Maharaj's hunting lodge - so it is away from the town, in an isolated spot. so there is no local sight-seeing which is wonderful because the facility has everything. it is picture perfect and quiet. large lawn for you to work quietly. a lovely kitchen garden which they will willingly show you. many resident and migratory birds. a functional swimming pool with deck chairs laid out. it is exclusive and very private. the staff is outstanding.

I really liked the vibe of the hostel. The staff is so kind and helped me with everything ( booking trains, safari and tours of the city). Teja in particular is so friendly and willing to help you. The hostel is clean and the food is delicious. Perfect quality for the price, I will definitely come back here if I will have the chance! Relax moments on the terrace are priceless

Very lavish & everything you need is just few min.enjoyed taste of food & hospitality. Very courteous staff & keep personal attention on the need & requirement,especially karan,who looked after well whether it was organising trip to jhalanaleopard safari or trip to foresta kitchen & bar during weekend. An insightful experience of royalty & Indian culture & Indian food.

Breakfast was good and really affordable, the room was nice. The place as a whole was clean and had a nice vibe. They served good breakfast that was super cheap. Most importantly the staff were incredible, they organised a safari for me, and we just generally great.
