With garden views, Chargo Boutique Lodge is situated in Colesberg and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Beautiful rooms, lovely veranda, the swimming pool was a plus, the views, the food, friendly staff. Everything was really lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The host was very friendly and welcomed us personally late in the evening. The rooms had aircons, dimmable lights and fans. Check-out was very easy when we left early the following morning. We will definitely stay here again.

We had faaizah who looked after us our whole time there and he was lovely, the whole team were so lovely. The food were amazing and the walks around the property were great. Would highly recommend!

For the rooms and suites, breakfast and dinner is served at Naries Namakwa in the hotel’s manor house, which is classically decorated with red curtains and chandeliers. Meal options, for the self-catering cottages can be arranged for a surcharge. We’ve stayed in a mountain hut which is very unique and a stunning view. Inside the hut is every nicely decorated. Loads of hiking trails where we’ve seen an antilop. We have a great gin and tonic meeting other guest while watching the sunset

Can be used by campers for short or long stays. Well laid out room with all amenities for cooking and braaiing, indoor and outdoor showering and comfortable sleeping. The hosts were full of information but also left us to our privacy. The kitchen provided a great dinner and a very sumptuous breakfast.

There is a seating area and a kitchen complete with a fridge, a microwave and a stovetop. This place is absolutely idealfor couple, family and friends. The room is clean and big, the beds are confortable. You are in the middle of desert and during the night you hear just wind/birds. Animals are sundered and it takes 1 hour (with a normal car 1hour and half) to go to kgalagadi n. P. The common space is huge and well-equipped. We have all we need.

A barbecue is available on site and both hiking and fishing can be enjoyed within close proximity of the lodge. The stillness and vastness were amazing and the stars at night simply breathtaking. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderfully comfortable and pleasant. It was really hot but we found refuge on the patio underneath the thatch roof or retreated to our cool bedroom. The outdoor shower was a treat but a little corrugated iron plunge pool would have been a great bonus ;) We were very grateful that the other guests left and we were able to use the swimming pool that belonged to the other little house on the property.
