Under my expectation, room is too small and reception lady whom is non-english speaking is not aware of booking.com reserved booking, end up we spend lot of time communicate on our booking. However, on next day the breakfast serve is superb and our room got accidently locked & unable to open door inside where my hubby is outside and staff attended with prompt action to fix it. Good praise to 2 young lady staff (breakfast & reception) serve us on day 2 upon check out time.

The thickness of the walls and how quiet it was in the room, I was able to get a full nights sleep without worry. I was even able to watch the morning news on the television without disturbing others. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Room was amazing, massage chair and spa bath were 10/10. Western Breakfast was really good Japanese breakfast was good but different and I probably wouldn't get it again
