GSM Jack Huang was very helpful and I’m truly appreciated. Morning shift Concierge (Simon?)and afternoon shift ladies were excellent and given us the good suggestion. I’m definitely to come back in the future.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Best stay we had during our 1 week Guang Zhou Trip - after 3 different hotels. Exceptional staffs - they are kind and attentive, and paying attention to every little details. Highly recommended!
