We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

We had a great time at the Meraki Resort. The place is very nice and clean with a very hospitality staff. The food was very good, they have few restaurants inside of Resort. Rooms have nice design and very spacious. I highly recommend.

Magic World is really magic place to holiday. From beginning to the end, everyone was very helpful, professional and kind. Buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are amazing and very tasty. Local drinks were great as well. I loved the AlCarte restaurants, especially Teppanyaki and Lebanese. As well there is QR code for all the information about the menus, hotel facilities, entertainment program, bookings etc which i appreciated. As a foodie, I loved the variety and hot food options along with the fresh produce. Two of the big pools were heated. The service is impeccable, attentive, non-invasive, trustworthy, and kind. I felt amazing. The room was spacious, with an amazing bed and two types of pillows, and bedding was very good quality. Everything in the hotel is well taken care of, is quite new and fresh. The grounds are kept perfectly. Loved the shows ( actually pretty great dancers), and yoga, the dance training, so the entertainment was great too. The gym was pretty well-equipped and clean. There is nothing that bothered me. Sunglasses clearing and ice cream tours were a nice touch during the sunbathing. The beach was nice, but the swimming and snorkeling you have to walk- which is nice. You will do the steps =) There are nice big and colorful fish in the sea. I loved it and it is also a great hotel for families with little kids.

The hotel is excellent. As every Four Seasons, it meets all your expectations. The stay is incredibly relaxing and you feel pampered. Our greatest thanks go to Simone and Atef, who were of great help throughout the whole stay. Owing to Mohamed from Luna restaurant, our lunches were mind- blowing. The biggest surprise was waiting for us in Italian restaurant, where the executive chef Sebastiano., served a special, fantastic Italian dinner.

    Staff is super friendly since the minute you walk in. They try to make you feel like home. Facilities are tidy and superb. Foodwise good selection. The beach is decent size and private. And the room was worth of 5 star.

He is not just a butler; he is a true magician of hospitality. Muhammad anticipated my every need and desire, often before I even realized them myself.     This hotel is exceptional. True 5 stars. Food is exceptional, in fact their food deserves Michelin stars! Beer is of highest quality too, you never feel bad in the morning. Staff is very well trained and have good manners. Guys at the beach bar are hard-working and very quick to serve fruit plates, beer, etc right to your sunbed. Overall: this is one of the best hotels in Egypt.
