I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire Bakuriani Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location is fantastic, in a quiet part of Bakuriani yet still within easy reach of the ski slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel’s on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better combo of comfort, great service, and amazing meals. it definitely made my stay memorable!

Crystal Hotel & Spa is located is located in a picturesque area, within a 5-minute drive from Bakuriani Train Station. It features a spa centre and a swimming pool.

Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

New and modern hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and have all the amenities you need. Balcony overlooking the city is a plus. Beautiful bathroom, good water pressure. Beads are firm. Breakfast is simply delicious with ample hot and cold options.

Eleni created us with such enthusiasm and offered us wine or icecream at check in. A young man greeted us in the carpark to take our luggage. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was elaborate with several choices both hot and cold food. A wonderful experience.

The bed was comfy, the room spacious and the toilet even has a bidet which is great. The room, the restaurant and every passage was SUPER clean. Apart from that, the owners, M and L are beyond amicable, gentle and warm. We came in as strangers and we left feeling as I went to visit my far family which is a very particular feeling. We even got a wine cellar tour by L and enjoyed some lovely chacha and rakija. Finally, the breakfast that we received was amazing. And the hosts made sure to make us feel welcome, talked to us, cared about our perception of the stay and so on. Would return anytime ☺️ To future guests- booking shows you the wrong address which will take you through a random road leading to nowhere. Do yourself a favor and write the name of the hotel in google maps :)

Everything was very good -- and we enjoyed every day. Comfortable rooms, rich breakfast, excellent location -- just few minutes from the main entrance to the Park. Additional bonus -- spa with its treatments and relaxation room (with water mattresses). And -- most important -- the staff! (To say nothing about its great value for money...)
