Exceptional property. Everything from room cleanliness to food was top notch. The serving staff at the restaurant took fantastic care of us. They had a full South Indian breakfast spread which we really appreciated. Mr. Ramzan had organized the car for us for the full trip (Nubra/Pangong) and everything was smooth.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

They were always polite, helpful, and eager to assist. Whether it was a quick check-in, a prompt room service delivery, or a friendly greeting in the hallway, the team's commitment to making guests feel valued was evident in every interaction. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the dining experience was made even better by the attentive service. Antony and his team made sure our meals were not just a transaction, but a pleasant and memorable part of our day. Tastefully designed property with warm staff/ impeccable service, excellent restaurant and food options. We loved everything about Dolkhar and couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our trip in Ladakh! It was also located in a quieter part of Leh, yet still close to the old town and market.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff who helped us out with an itinerary, permits and give us advice for the high altitude as well as generally making our stay comfortable. Great location right next to the market. Hotel is very comfortable, matches the local architecture and very warm in winter!

Facilities were awesome. Their secret perk which is not part of their facilities, is the great supermarket jet below the hotel. You can but almost anything found in modern supermarkets there. Their staff were great too

We stayed at the Ashoka in Ladakh for 9 days & it was a simply perfect stay. The hotel is modern, has all needed facilities & is very well located within Leh. However, by far the best thing about this place is the staff. Lead by the amazing manager Arun, everyone is so friendly, helpful & made our entire stay just perfect. I've been to many hotels and never felt at home quite like this. In one instance my mom felt some altitude sickness and the staff made sure that she would be taken care of by getting all the help she needed. Once again special thanks to Arun and the team for an unforgettable stay in Ladakh.

People People People. De Borgo Hotel is family running business, hence we become part of the family. Lotus De Borgo, his wife Dole, his Daughters, and relatives made our stay a wonderful one. Welcome with Kathak, Buddhist tradition! Awesome. Good and caring staffs as well. Nothing much to worry about anything. Whatever needed is well taken care of. Lotus arranged our transportation to Pangong Lake, and comparatively he saved us around 20% of cost. Took care of permits, and also provided us with Oxygen can if in case we are running out while crossing the peak. Food is all around the day, and served on demand. Good collection of hot drinks as well, and Kawah is the champion of all. Free room upgrade to room with Balcony and mountain view. Excellent location. All time Running hot water.
